Booking Modifications & Refunds
Once a service appointment or emergency call-out is confirmed, bookings are considered final, and cancellations or refunds are not standardly issued without explicit authorization from our management team.
However, we understand that roadside or property emergencies can change quickly. You are strongly urged to cancel your request immediately if any of the following circumstances arise:
- You manage to successfully resolve the vehicle issue or repair it independently.
- Your vehicle starts functioning normally before our technicians arrive on scene.
- An emergency service or the police arrive to provide roadside assistance.
- You choose not to proceed with the requested service.
In these specific instances, Nigfa Traders management may authorize a full refund of your payment. Please be aware that a fixed cancellation fee of £30 will be charged for any cancelled service call to cover logistics and dispatch.
Legal Governance & Intermediary Status
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed entirely in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Nigfa Traders operates as an intermediary agent, linking clients directly with professional local service providers.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Nigfa Traders be held responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss, financial setbacks, consequential damages, or loss of revenue resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
